HR Advisor (Temp-to-Perm) Location: Southend-On-Sea (with occasional travel across other sites in Essex) Type: Temp-to-Perm Are you an HR Advisor who loves rolling up your sleeves and making things happen? My client is on the lookout for a hands-on HR Advisor to join their People team and bring real employment relations expertise to the table. What you’ll be doing: Being the go-to HR advisor for Line Managers – from tricky casework to day-to-day HR support. Handling full casework end-to-end, with solid knowledge of employment law. Building strong relationships with managers, staff, and unions. Acting as a trusted advisor across multiple sites – Head Office in Southend with occasional travel to other campuses. Supporting mental health initiatives What we’re looking for: CIPD Level 5 or equivalent experience Proven experience managing full ER casework in a public sector environment Comfortable working with unions and staff at all levels A proactive, “can-do” attitude – someone who can crack on and get things done If you are ready to bring your HR expertise and make a real impact, I would love to hear from you
