NPI Risk Analysis:
Conduct risk analysis for new product introductions (NPI) with outsourced products, collaborating with the NPI leader.
Support the development of Supplier Control Plans (SCPs) through the application of Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
Supplier Quality Tools Deployment:
Implement Supplier Quality tools to enhance supplier development.
Performance Monitoring:
Monitor supplier performance, identify deteriorating trends, and implement action plans in collaboration with sourcing to drive continuous improvement.
Extensive background in Supplier Quality Assurance with a proven track record in developing supplier capabilities and enhancing performance.
Desirable familiarity with manufacturing processes for transformer commodities, including fabrications, electrical steel, winding copper, and insulation.
Language Skills:
Fluent in English; proficiency in other languages is advantageous.
