The NPD team is growing fast and we’re looking for a liquid product enthusiast to join our mission and help create exciting and successful products. We are interested to speak to product developers who have 1-2 years or more liquids/beverage experience.
Black Label Creations are looking for a highly motivated, intelligent, methodical, and creative product developer to join the Product Creation team. We’re looking for someone with a minimum of 1-2 years experience working within the drinks industry, who enjoys being hands on in the recipe kitchen to produce superior products that consumers love.
As Product Developer, you will work closely alongside the Product Development team to assist on all NPD projects ranging from canned drinks to nutritional gels and sprays, in addition to powder based nutritional supplements. The role is varied, and you will also be working closely with the supply chain to source ingredients and cost the products, and above all getting hands on in the recipe kitchen developing new product recipes for our customers. To work within the Product Development team on all new and existing product development projects.
To source and quote ingredients and packaging used in the manufacture of each product.
To ensure the smooth transition of projects from product development to production.
Remarkably high attention to detail regarding numbers & data
Creative as well as logical
Naturally clean and tidy (key for working in the development kitchen)
1-2 years minimum experience in New Product Development within the drinks industry
~ Bachelor’s degree in a food science or food technology related discipline
~ Skills in project management
~ Well versed with Microsoft Excel
