Provide vital support on finance, housing, and emotional issues.
Act as the Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL).
Lead and train the Welfare and Safeguarding staff.
Present on welfare and safeguarding topics at college meetings.
Expertise in student welfare and safeguarding.
Ability to assess risks and make necessary referrals.
