Job Purpose:

To be responsible for on-time specification and delivery of contactors, fuses, and other devices needed to electrically isolate HV Battery systems across different electrified platforms for AML. Lead the definition of parameters for sourcing current-breaking devices within HV Battery systems and manage electrothermal performance and components within HV Batteries.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Delivery of contactors, relays, pyro fuses, and current sensing devices for in-house battery developments
  • Electrothermal modeling and behavior evaluation of components in HV Battery Systems
  • Task tracking, simulation data coordination, and fault/defect analysis
  • Supplier management, quality assurance, and functional safety assessments
Qualification & Experience:
  • Experience in automotive industry or similar domain
  • Leadership in product development projects and automotive electrical design
  • Supplier management and release process familiarity
  • Engineering degree in related field
