The Management Accountant will sit within the London based Cost Management team for the EMEA region. This is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract to cover maternity leave.
Assist Cost Management team to produce the month-end Support Function Flash result reporting.
Manage the Discretionary Bonus accrual process and associated Balance Sheet reconciliations.
Manage the Share Based Payment and Save As Your Earn accounting entries and associated Balance Sheet reconciliations.
Manage Recruitment, Severance and Legal fee accruals and associated Balance Sheet reconciliations.
Partner with Procurement on the financials of new contracts and renewals and be a purchase order approver for designated function cost centres.
Analyse Workday headcount and work with HR and the functions to ensure accurate monthly reporting.
Work with the Cost Management team to provide Audit Samples to External Auditors and resolve any resulting queries.
Assist Cost Management team with Annual Forecast and Budget requirements.
Fulfil additional ad hoc duties as required.
Knowledge of Accounting for Accruals and Prepayments.
Balance Sheet Reconciliations
Intermediate level Excel knowledge
Experience of working in Financial Services environment.
Experience of Compensation Accounting.
