There is no minimum number of hours that you need to work, although it is recommended to work as often as you can to ensure your induction knowledge and familiarity with the service is retained.

Weekdays, nights and weekend shifts are regularly available, which are easy to view and book through an app. Within a few taps you’ll have the nursing shifts at Healthlinc Apartments secured that you want.

Whether your nursing experience is from the NHS or private sector, you can join the team as a Bank Nurse with an hourly rate that includes a 12.07% uplift to cover annual leave, plus have access to a range of benefits including free meals on duty, free parking and more.

What you will be doing

As a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) or Learning Disabilities Nurse (RNLD) you will provide high-quality evidence-based care to men and women with mental health needs in a Community based Learning Disability Service, while supporting your colleagues and promoting good teamwork.

The service operates 24/7 with 12.5 hour standard shifts. As a nurse on our bank you’ll be on a zero hour contract, giving you the freedom to choose which shifts you want to work each week.

Where you will be working

Location:  Cliff Road, Welton, Lincolnshire, LN2 3JN

You will be working at Healthlinc Apartments, a Learning Disability and Autism service is specifically designed to provide small group or single person environments, replicating an ordinary living setting.

With the multi-disciplinary team you will provide treatment and therapy to support daily living skills within the community to create an independent lifestyle.

The hospital service is a locked rehabilitation service, working in line with the Transforming Care Agenda to support people to receive the treatment/therapy to be supported in the community.

Healthlinc Apartments is a specialist community-based service which forms a key part of the care pathway and step-down service. The apartments provides a nursing care service and works to prevent hospital admission for those in our services.
