Due to growth an experienced management accountant is needed to join the finance team and oversee 4 part qualified management accountants ensuring that the timely completion of month end, forecasting, budgeting, and operational financial target monitoring happens within the necessary timescales. Key to being successful in this role is strong analytical skills, carrying out tricky reconciliations and the ability to work with large volumes of data and constantly searching for ways of improving and spotting opportunities and threats within the information. Throw in the oversight of a strong team of accountants this really is a role that will provide job satisfaction. This role will support the senior management team and the head of finance and will be a pivotal role within the finance function. This role is based on site 5 days a week which will allow speedy information flow and fast query resolution which in the market the company operates in is imperative to being as nimble as possible.
