Senior Project Manager/Head of Project Management

Our client is a leading principal construction contractor based in the South East, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality construction projects ranging in value from £1M to £100M+. With a heritage in Mechanical and Electrical construction, they operate across a range of sectors including commercial, data centres, healthcare and residential. They have an experienced in-house team of project managers, site managers, engineers and support staff to provide innovative and cost effective solutions to meet their clients’ needs.

Senior Project Manager – The Role:
Due to their continued growth, they are looking to bring on board a Senior Project Manager who can manage complex projects focusing on Mechanical and Electrical and broader construction activities. The role will ensure that projects are delivered on time and to budget. It will also suit an individual who can quickly develop and maintain relationships with the client and sub-contractors.
Senior Project Manager – Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day activities and progress of the project, including management of sub-contractors
- Promote and ensure all health and safety policies are adhered to on site
- Produce reports and documentation as required e.g., Senior Project Manager – You:
- Strong track record of managing £10M+ Mechanical and Electrical and/or construction projects
- Excellent knowledge of either mechanical or electrical engineering principals
- Understanding of BIM technologies and how they are used in construction
