Job Title: New Business Development Manager

Working closely with the Sales Director, the New Business Development Manager is a pivotal commercial role within the business that will make a significant contribution to the continued growth of the Company. The postholder will be a hunter and drive new business growth, develop a network of contacts to attract new customers and identify new business opportunities.
New Business Development Manager - Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for strategically targeting and connecting with business owners, IT managers / CTOs, procurement teams and high-level decision makers within those businesses and establishing strong relationships selling the services of LoughTec.
Actively source new customers and business opportunities, managing pipeline accordingly within the CRM system.
Maintain a customer market intelligence database.
Provide quotations, relevant information and data to potential customers as well as presentations, demonstrations and events.
Liaise with other business functions such as technical, sales and administration to ensure a seamless customer service.
Participate in relevant sales and marketing events to promote the business.
Keep abreast of developments regarding IT services / cyber security.
Provide regular sales reports and updates on agreed KPIs including sales targets and projections and the forecasting of revenue from CRM pipeline.
Manage all communications through the existing CRM system.
New Business Development Manager - Person Specification
A minimum of 3+ years experience within a proactive field-based sales hunter role with a successful track record in new customer acquisition and KPI target delivery.
Strong commercial acumen and customer focus.
Excellent planning, multi-tasking and organisational skills.
People person with excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to network and build strong working relationships with senior level staff.
Full clean driving licence.
Highly competent in MS Office to include excel, word and PowerPoint
