As we expand our showroom footprint, we’re seeking a visionary Head of Marketing to elevate our brand presence and accelerate sales growth. Role Overview This is a newly created position, established to support the company’s growth and evolving strategic priorities. As Head of Marketing, you will lead the marketing function and report directly to the CEO and senior management team. You will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic marketing plan that strengthens our brand, expands market reach, and drives sales performance. This is a hands-on leadership role—ideal for someone who thrives in both strategic thinking and operational execution, with a strong focus on delivery and results. Key Responsibilities Provide strategic leadership in developing a strategic marketing plan Develop Strategic marketing and plan, including operation execution plan. Brand and Product positioning : Differentiate company offering through USP and positioning company within industry. Deman generation and campaign: Lead multichannel campaigns and initiatives for lead generation and showroom traffic. Digital Marketing: Responsible for strengthening online presence and attract high traffic, conversion rates within optimal budgets. Oversee and guide digital content creation. Analytics Provide leadership and develop dynamic reporting framework for SM, Web, SEO analytics. Partnerships and Collaborations Collaborate with industry stakeholders to expand referral networks. Skills & Experience · +10 years of marketing experience , with a proven track record in strategic planning and hands-on operational execution. Minimum +5 year of experience in kitchen/furniture/interior design industry a must. Expertise in digital marketing , including social media strategy, customer engagement, SEO, trend analysis, and content development. Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-cultural, offshore teams , fostering effective communication and alignment across offshore stakeholders. Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities , with experience guiding and developing junior team members. Deep industry insight and commercial acumen , enabling the execution of strategic partnerships and collaborative initiatives. Highly analytical and methodical , with proficiency in budgeting, KPI tracking, and time management to drive performance and accountability. Personal Qualities · A creative and innovative thinker with a keen eye for detail. Highly organised, with strong time management and prioritisation skills. Self-driven and capable of working independently with minimal supervision. Deeply passionate about design, interiors, and creating exceptional customer experiences. Leadership and management skills in developing inhouse talent.
