Pay rate: £500.00 per day
My client is one of the world’s leading manufacturers, marketers, and sellers of quality skin care, makeup, fragrance, and hair care products, and is a steward of outstanding luxury and prestige brands globally. The company’s products are sold in approximately 150 countries and territories under numerous high profile brand names.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning and implementation of infrastructure projects, including setting project goals and objectives.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Coordinate with team members, stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure project success.
- Monitor project progress, track milestones, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Manage project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
- Ensure all project activities comply with company policies, industry standards, and best practices.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports, and other relevant documents.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to identify successful elements and areas for improvement.
Qualifications, skills and experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or other relevant project management certification.
- Proven experience in managing infrastructure projects, preferably in a similar industry.
- Key technologies: Cisco Meraki, Wintel solutions, VxRail, VRTX, Cloud Technologies.
- Experienced with Network Infrastructure Solutions, and ability to run multiple projects.
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and storage systems.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint).
