Role Description
The UK Area Manager will be working closely with the Head office across our key accounts, nationwide. You will be responsible for achieving national KPIs and execution of reaching sales goals, education/marketing calendars, and developing training calendars, as well as managing and building our team.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Executing Sales events and Education strategies across the UK.
- Building a strong and consistent training programme across all retailers.
- Pixi Boutique: Managing Staff, growing sales, achieving KPIs, overseeing events, etc.
- Being a key, leading brand ambassador at retailer HO takeover events for brand and product education.
- Suggesting new services and innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction and sales.
- Managing all training & education needs across UK region.
- Managing and executing all training & educational needs for the team.
- All other responsibilities as assigned.
