About the Company: JS Hotels & Resorts was launched in July 2023. Our newly launched company has over £50m of book value property for sale in this such a short time. We work with a majority of clients who own a number of independent / branded properties.

Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Hotel Valuer to join our team on a consultancy basis. As a Hotel Valuer, you will be responsible for evaluating the worth of hotels and other hospitality-related properties. This role demands expertise in trade-related valuation and a thorough comprehension of the hotel industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assessing the value of hotels and hospitality properties meticulously.
• Analysing market trends and data to determine property values accurately.
• Preparing comprehensive valuation reports that are insightful and actionable.
• Offering sound advice to clients regarding property investments and market conditions.
• Collaborating effectively with other directors across the business, owners, consultants including brokers and financial analysts.

Requirements:

• MRICS (Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) qualification.
• Proven experience in trade-related valuation, preferably within the hotel industry.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines consistently.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Additional certifications or qualifications related to hotel valuation or property appraisal.
