Dedicate Recruitment is working in partnership with this visionary secondary Academy, part of a small multi academy trust, in the appointment of an exceptional Finance Business Partner This is an exciting opportunity to play a central role in supporting the Principal on budget spend and forecasting.

The key areas of experience required are:

* Budget preparation and forecasting

* Compiling monthly management accounts and commentary to the Principal

* Financial planning and maximising the efficient use of their current systems Xero Accounting and IMP Budgeting tool to run reports

* Monthly budget spend review with relevant Heads of Departments and the Principal

The Finance Business Partner will be fully qualified in ACA/ACCA or CIMA, or is actively working towards a qualification. You must be highly proficient in Excel, as navigating VLookups, Sumifs and pivot tables is essential for this role.

We are seeking someone who is a strong communicator, who can explain complex financial information in simple terms to non finance staff and has excellent relationship building skills.

Experience of working within the education sector is a priority although the Trust is open to receive applications outside of this.

This is a hybrid working role, with 3 days in school and 2 days working from home with some travel to a second Academy in East London. The Trust will also consider candidates seeking to work a 4 day week basis,
