The role will be reporting into the CEO and CFO, and be responsible for ensuring the business growth is well supported by a commercial and literate finance function, particularly with the organisations ever growing international presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and deliver within a lean team, ensuring best-practice controls and processes are in place to support business growth (particularly international (US)
  • Enhance MI, KPI’s and data management – partner with non-finance stakeholders to construct and ensure commercial deals and contracts are viable
  • Lead with commercial activities; forecasting, budgeting, pricing strategies
  • Ensure full accountability from teams with regards to reporting, system use and delivery of cyclical finance duties

Candidate Profile:

  • Qualified accountant with demonstrable experience as CFO/FD in a rapidly high-growth, scale-up environment
  • Experience within professional services/ consulting services preferable
  • Working experience within businesses with a US presence
  • Strong commercial finance pedigree (ideally also with M&A experience)
