International architect firm are seeking a dynamic Interiors Lead to spearhead a groundbreaking project in a major global city. This role involves overseeing the detailed design and tendering process for a unique venture in the transportation sector.
As part of a collaborative team, you will contribute to crafting an exceptional interior experience while working alongside colleagues focused on facility planning and envelope design. Engage in client interactions, including meetings and workshops, to ensure project alignment with expectations.
Collaborate closely with project leaders to drive successful project outcomes.
Utilize cutting-edge software platforms for document management and delivery.
Source and present material samples to support design decision-making.
Ensure compliance with relevant technical standards throughout the design process.
Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to integrate interior design with structural and technical requirements.
Oversee comprehensive specification across all project areas.
Potential involvement in supporting construction activities during project execution.

Bachelor's degree in architecture, interior design, or related field.
Extensive experience in technical delivery and detailing within the design industry.
Minimum of 8 years of relevant professional experience, working on large and complex projects
Revit proficiency
