Support with the design, implementation and embedding of 4 Valued Added Projects; Employee Engagement, Personal Development Performance Reviews, Strengths and Coaching and Mentoring. The delivery of these projects will allow to develop and nurture people, creating exciting career opportunities ensuring teams feel valued through every step of their progression.
Navigate and support client areas with a variety of transformational and behavioural change initiatives promoting effective engagement, planning, problem solving, business improvement and a solution focused mindset. You will champion change and offer the guidance and support to teams to navigate the ambitious change pathway ahead.
You will also have oversight of the employee relations climate and case load for your client base, shaping solutions to address how this impacts business performance.
Translate business requirements into prioritised specific people plans in line with business objectives and help the business understand it’s priorities through effective insight and expertise across the whole people life cycle.
Partner with the client but more broadly with key stakeholders across EnableNY and proactively understand how the world of work is changing and how People Services responds to this.
Understand how our People Services Function is performing against KPI’s and make sure this forms part of the ongoing service improvement across the service catalogue.
Be the first point of contact for your business area and act as the intelligent customer of the wider people services function ensuring a “one people service” approach. You will provide healthy challenge and debate by acting as a critical friend to your wider People Services colleagues and together help leaders to improve capability and capacity within their business area.
