You will be responsible for managing and building relationships with educational clients, providing telephone consultation on AV solutions, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The Education Account Manager will also be involved in sales activities and utilising Salesforce to track and manage accounts.
Account Management and Sales skills
Experience working in the education sector
Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) systems
Ability to understand and consult on AV solutions
Salary is negotiable depending on experience, we also offer a great commission structure and company healthcare and benefits scheme.
