The Role

The firm is looking for a Commercial Litigation Associate 4+ PQE to join their flourishing Manchester office in the heart of the City.

You will work closely with the leading Partners within the Commercial Litigation department, and be supported more generally across the firm, to drive the business forwards. You will work as part of a driven and commercially successful leadership team.

You will work alongside industry leaders and will deal with all types of commercial disputes including Disputes involving company directors and shareholders, contracts, fraud, LLPs and partnerships, negligence by professional advisers, restrictions in employment contracts, and sale, agency and purchase agreements

This role comes with strong prospects to progress, in line with the growth agenda.

The firm likes to push their lawyers with a view succession planning and are keen to find the next generation of senior Lawyers.

Requirements
  • You will be a Commercial Litigation Solicitor with at least 4 years PQE (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of experience)
  • You will have a strong technical knowledge and first-class communication skills
  • You will have strong business development capabilities
  • Salary is competitive and negotiable depending on your level of experience, on offer is an excellent benefits package and bonus scheme
