Paid Social Manager | Manchester (Hybrid) | £35,000+ DOE Looking to step up into a leadership role in paid social? The Business Join a respected, long-standing digital agency based just outside Manchester city centre. The team delivers high-impact work across a wide mix of industries, including ecommerce, lifestyle, professional services, education and health. With paid social continuing to scale, they are now investing in a dedicated leader to take the service to the next level. You'll join a collaborative, ambitious and results-driven team with the freedom to shape the direction of the channel. The Role You will lead the agency's paid social offering across platforms such as Meta, TikTok and Pinterest. This is a hands-on and strategic role where you'll manage campaigns across multiple clients, build processes, shape best practices and grow your own team underneath you. You'll work closely with creative and performance specialists to deliver campaigns that are both data-led and creatively strong. What You'll Do - Manage and optimise paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok and additional platforms - Develop paid social strategies that drive measurable outcomes for clients - Build, lead and mentor your own paid social team as the function grows - Own the full campaign lifecycle, including planning, testing, implementation and reporting - Work collaboratively with creative teams to brief and produce high-performing ad content - Provide clients with clear insights, recommendations and strategic direction - Contribute to new business pitches and help shape the agency's overall performance offering - Stay up to date with trends, platform updates and emerging opportunities in paid social About You - 3+ years of experience managing paid social campaigns, ideally within an agency - Experience mentoring or leading junior team members is a huge bonus - Strong technical knowledge across Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads - Confident analysing performance data and using it to guide optimisation - Comfortable managing multiple campaigns and clients simultaneously - Strong communicator who can present ideas clearly to clients and internal teams - Ambitious, proactive and ready to take the next step into leadership The Package - £35,000+ DOE + huge internal progression opportunity - Hybrid working near Manchester city centre - Clear progression into a senior leadership position - Supportive, collaborative culture with regular team activity - Opportunities to attend training, events and industry conferences If you're ready to take ownership of a paid social department, shape its growth and make a genuine impact across a varied client portfolio, this could be the perfect next step.
