Lead annual budget development aligning with strategic objectives. Provide estimates for operational and capital budgets, regularly review and communicate budget reports with variance analysis and clear insights.
Evaluate proposals using a structured decision-making matrix and ensure seamless stakeholder communication.
Collect and analyze cost data, support management in maintaining key performance metrics, and provide data-driven insights for strategic planning.
Facilitate the onboarding process for new suppliers, ensuring they receive assistance in the local language, guidance on legal compliance, and acting as a local point of contact for audits.
Execute assignments with varying supervision levels, showcasing self-initiative and adaptability. Plan and coordinate tenders and agreements for essential services such as mechanical and electrical maintenance services, landscaping, cleaning, catering, waste disposal, and recycling.
