Delighted to announce Harmonic are partnering with a Globally nouned, award wining Out-of-Home agency in their search for an Account Director to join the biggest and most impactful team in the agency.

Due to an internal promotion, there is an opening for an Account Director to join the team, with multimillion pound budgets, blue-chip clients and a collaborative environment to support and excel your career in an exciting direction.
The agency is open to experienced Senior Account Managers, who are ready to take the next step in their career.


Client relationship management , building and maintaining relationships with clients understand their advertising objectives, and providing strategic guidance.
Delivering a range of projects with client teams based in US and EMEA.
Campaign planning , overseeing and planning the execution of OOH advertising campaigns, and assigning suited formats, locations and timings.
Budget management for campaigns and aligning said budgets with clients’ objectives and delivering maximum ROI.
Team leadership skills , you will have at least two Account Managers reporting into you.
Creative briefing , collaborating with your planning team but also the other departments in agencies when different execution strategies are required.
Campaign monitoring and optimization , analysing and making adjustments when needed.
Stakeholder communication , able to liaise with senior stakeholders and company leaders with confidence and in a consultative manor when needed.


Must come from an OOH agency of have been working at an agency where your core focus is OOH advertising.
At least 2/3 years as a Senior Account Manager level agency side.
Experience in planning and ideally buying too.
The attitude to act as a creative ally to the most senior creative leads on the business.
In depth understanding and knowledge of your client’s business, and participation in long-term business planning.
