Our people are at the heart of our business and our passion and commitment to education is what drives us. We are looking for people who are passionate about Early Years and who have significant knowledge and experience to support trainees, working towards their Early Years Teacher Status.
Completing termly skills reviews with trainees to identify skills and knowledge gaps against the EYITT curriculum themes.
Developing and taking responsibility for the delivery of individual training plans tailored to trainees needs.
Assessing and providing feedback to learners using an online system.
Supporting the delivery of training using approved training resources to cover curriculum themes.
Providing mental health and wellbeing support to trainees.
Ensuring that any necessary placements are arranged and attended, giving suggestions for schools/settings if required.
Have up to date Early Years industry knowledge
Have strong IT skills and be willing to work with online systems
Hold a full driving licence, have own vehicle and be willing to travel to different settings.
