Our client, a global provider of specialist logistics and supply chain solutions, is seeking an experienced Operational PMO to lead the planning and execution of new process launches across People, Systems, and Facility Readiness workstreams for medium to large-scale projects. You will adjust project plans as needed, ensuring adherence to PMO methodologies and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage project tools (scheduling, ramp-up plans, hiring/training trackers, KPIs).
  • Assign tasks and manage internal/external teams.
  • Minimise project risk through contingency planning and mitigation.
  • Lead project review meetings, ensuring progress and addressing issues.
  • Communicate project status to stakeholders, steering committees, and clients.
  • Collaborate with process owners and leadership to align customer requirements.
  • Support facility go-lives, conversions, and retrofits to ensure operational readiness.
  • Lead readiness checks and workshops, managing risk and tracking key milestones.
  • Own project delivery, meeting deadlines and budgets, and reporting performance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Operations, or related field
  • 5+ years of Project Management experience in complex facility startups
  • Knowledge of WMS
  • Warehouse operations management experience, with proven examples of multiple go-live leadership (desired)
  • PMP certification a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, and SharePoint
