*Hales Home Care is looking for compassionate and reliable Community Care Assistants / Care Workers / Home Care Workers / Carers. *

Areas covered: Norwich, NR4 , NR5, NR6, NR8, NR29, NR30, Great Yarmouth, Caister on Sea, Hemsby, Martham, Ormesby, Rollesby, Scatby, and Winterton on Sea.

As a Hales Care Worker, you'll play a vital role in supporting the health, well-being, and independence of vulnerable individuals within the comfort of their own homes. Your responsibilities include:
* Supporting individuals with their personal care routines including washing, dressing, and attending to toileting needs
* Ensuring service users have adequate grocery supplies
* Assisting individuals in taking their medication
* Preparing warm and nourishing meals
* Helping with light domestic tasks and other care needs
* Providing a valuable companionship lifeline to individuals
