Based in Richmond, a few minutes' walk from the station, their 50 strong team have developed a well-earned reputation for their work delivering civil and environmental engineering projects to meet the growing demands of our changing world. Currently undergoing a phase of growth, they work with a wide range of clients across the UK in both the public and private sectors, delivering civil and environmental projects with a heavy focus on sustainable development.

Owing to a healthy pipeline of exciting highway drainage, flood alleviation and SuDS design projects, they are now looking for drainage engineer in the water sector to assist with project delivery and management ensuring new commissions are delivered to the highest possible standard

Help to ensure projects are delivered on time and to budget

* Work on the design and modelling of drainage designs, SuDS designs and hydraulic models

* Produce of drawings (AutoCAD) and (Civil3D)

* Conduct site evaluations to assess existing drainage infrastructure and identify areas for improvement.

We are seeking Senior Drainage Engineers with the skillset to thrive in a small and dynamic team.

Effective communication is crucial for collaborating with colleagues, clients, and contractors. While collaboration is important, drainage engineers also need to be able to work independently and take ownership of their tasks.

* Experience in highways drainage or in design of Sustainable Drainage Systems (SuDS)

* Strong CAD skills (and Civils 3D experience preferred)

* Experience in Micro Drainage or similar

* Fully funded professional institution membership and professional development

* The team has recently moved into a newly refurbished office in Central Richmond for days you head into the office.
