Oversee the full recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to presenting top talent to clients.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and delivering customized recruitment solutions.
Engage and support candidates throughout the hiring process, offering guidance and coaching.
Consistently achieve and surpass performance targets, driving the company's growth and success.
