They're looking for Technical Engineers or Consultants from the Print Management space, who love technical troubleshooting and going above and beyond for customers This is a hybrid-based role and would require you to be able to travel to their offices in Bracknell 2-3 days per week. There is no technical ceiling on this position as you will deal with a variety technical cases, facing different challenges each day. What you've got… Must have strong troubleshooting and customer-facing experience You have experience supporting ideally PaperCut Software. If you don't have experience with PaperCut, we'd also consider candidates with competitor products such as Equitrac, Y-Soft, PrintCity etc… Has solid knowledge of Windows OS and any exposure to Linux or MacOSX, would be ideal - but not essential. You want to be able to work with a wide variety of large, complex problems as part of a supportive team and feed that urge to constantly learn about new technologies, techniques and issues Being great with people, you communicate well both in person and over email. Most importantly, you have a logical and calm attitude, and excellent aptitude for troubleshooting Ready to Apply?
