Landscape Architect

Are you an ambitious and experienced Landscape Architect looking for a new challenge? Our client is an award-winning, multi-disciplinary architectural practice expanding their services to include landscape architecture. You’ll work on a variety of exciting projects, including large-scale residential developments. The successful candidate will become a key member of the landscape team and support the landscape director in the delivery of all projects, including landscape planning and design work. This role involves close collaboration with an established team of architects, urban designers, and technicians to deliver landscape-led masterplans and development projects for national and regional housebuilders across the south and east of England. Support the landscape director with the delivery of landscape planning and design projects.

* Prepare landscape design drawings, including masterplans, hard and soft landscape drawings, and details.

* Prepare or contribute to reports and written work, including landscape appraisals and Design and Access Statements.

Chartered Member of the Landscape Institute or working towards Chartership.

* 3+ years of experience working on landscape projects.

* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture or a closely related field.

* Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.

* Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite.

Competitive salary commensurate with experience

* Flexible working arrangement: 4 days in the office and 1 day working from home

Applicants must be based within a reasonable travelling distance of the Guildford office.

* The successful candidate must hold a valid driving license and be prepared to travel occasionally for site visits.
