As a Quality Technician, your main responsibilities are:

  • Our manufacturing projects include low voltage harnesses and high voltage cable assemblies, power distribution units, vehicle controllers, and off-board test equipment from prototype through to series production.
  • Within your role, you can be sure that your input directly contributes not only to the successful delivery of each project but also supports the success and growth of the business as a whole.
  • Sitting within the Clients’ Manufacturing team, the Quality Technician will work closely with the manufacturing team to support the efficient and timely production of parts for the Clients’ customers.

Skills required:

  • Carrying out product tests and thorough independent final inspection of finished assemblies to defined procedures, formally reporting all defects
  • Inspecting all components and all stages of the manufacturing process as required
  • Goods In Inspection
  • Responsible for checking, progressing, and collating accurate build and inspection records
  • Support and participate in process improvement activities
  • Alerting the Quality Manager of ongoing problems and delivering resolutions
