Property Sales Negotiator

Our client is a market leader in the Online Property Sector - a fast sale estate agency and property cash buying company providing national coverage.
They are expanding and want to increase their Sales Negotiation Team.
You will have at least 2 years Sales Negotiation experience - being a real property professional.
As Sales Negotiator you will manage your own portfolio of properties spread throughout the UK - arranging viewings, securing and negotiating the sales.
You will need to have brilliant negotiation experience with strong commerciality, sales and organisational skills.
To succeed here you will have a positive attitude, have a good stable sales work record and really understand how to close the sales.
It’s Monday to Friday - 9 to 6pm. Plus one Saturday every other weekend either 9am to 1pm or 10am to 2pm - but this can be from home.
Looking after a manageable portfolio of properties
Selling a targeted number of properties - all the other team members comfortably hit (and exceed) this target each month
Upselling other services - these also have a generous bonus attached
Negotiating and managing all aspects of the sale process.
No multi-tasking - it’s all sales negotiating
A lover of sales
A commercial thinker
Outstanding and achievable bonus - top earners on the team are making £50K plus
Lots of progression opportunities if you want to aim to rise to management level
