Quality Planner Assignment Type: Temporary, ongoing basis where you will be engaged via Hays.

Position : Quality Planner (Project Quality Engineer)
Works on long-term projects (4–5 years before production)
Lead advanced quality planning activities:
Create inspection instructions
Oversee quality team:
3 Quality Planners (each supported by a Quality Specialist)
2 Quality Technicians (hands-on roles)
Support safety testing (e.g., Automotive experience preferred (not essential)
Control plans (currently Excel-based)
Moving away from Excel-based processes
Quality Planner defines specifications—requires strong technical understanding
