Role: Oracle cloud Fusion Technology Architect

Employment Type: Full-time permanent

Y our primary role would be to lead the engagement eff ort of providing high - quality
and value - adding consulting solutions to customers at different stages - from problem definition to diagnosis to solution design, development and deployment. You will review the proposals prepared by consultants, provide guidan ce, and analyze the solutions defined for the client business problems to identify any potential risks and issues. You will identify change Management requirements and propose a structured approach to client for managing the change using multiple communi cation mechanisms. You will also coach and create a vision for the team, provide subject matter training for your focus areas, motivate, and inspire team members through effective and timely feedback and recognition for high performance. You would be a key contributor in unit - level and organizational initiatives with an objective of providing high - quality, value - adding consulting solutions to customers
adhering to the guidelines and processes of the organization.


Technical Requirements:
• We are looking for candidates having a Proven experience in Oracle Fusion
Middleware based technologies like Fusion Middleware, SOA Suite, OSB, OBPM,
Oracle ADF and Oracle Data Integrator.
• Candidates should have a strong conceptual knowledge and experie nce in
XML/XSD/X Query/XSLT, WSDL, and Service Oriented Architecture.
• Candidate needs to have the ability to develop and deploy SOA components
using OIC/ ICS, BPEL, OSBand ADF components.
• Rapid prototyping experience using SOA components on Weblogic plat form,
and experience in FMW 11g to 12c migrations is preferred.
• Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that
requires regular travel.
