We're on the hunt for a dedicated Deputy Nurse Manager to join a care home in Southport. The home provides a supportive environment for young adults with mental health conditions. If you're passionate about mental health and thrive under pressure, this role could be your next career move.

This full-time role offers a salary of up to £44,000, a £2,000 welcome bonus and two supernumerary shifts. You'll also have the opportunity to develop your clinical skills and people management abilities, all while making a real difference in the lives of young adults.

The company operates a 40-bedded care home in Southport, providing a stimulating and specialist environment for young adults with mental health diagnoses. Working alongside the Registered Manager to deliver top-notch, holistic nursing care
Supervising a well-established nursing team to maintain the highest standards
Balancing nursing shifts and management time over a 40 hour week, including 2 days a week between Monday and Friday (9am-5pm) and 2 long day shifts
Helping individuals remain active while maintaining their dignity and independencePackage and Benefits:

Experienced in dealing with mental health conditions
Previous experience of working in a care environment is desirable but not essentialIf you've worked as a Clinical Nurse Manager, Senior Staff Nurse, Nursing Supervisor, Registered Mental Health Nurse, or Registered Nurse for Learning Disabilities, this Deputy Nurse Manager role could be the perfect fit for you.
