The Role: Marketing Graduate
As a Marketing Graduate, you’ll play an integral role in delivering client campaigns, developing brand presence, and driving customer engagement. This is a hands-on role designed to give you real-world experience across multiple areas of marketing and business development — from campaign strategy to customer interaction and performance analysis.

You’ll work directly with our team to help plan, execute, and refine live marketing campaigns, giving you a comprehensive understanding of what it takes to grow a business and make an impact in a competitive industry.

Support the planning and delivery of client marketing campaigns
Collaborate with internal teams to optimise campaign performance
Participate in market research and competitor analysis
Help manage brand messaging, customer feedback, and client communication
Track results and suggest improvements based on performance data
Attend regular training sessions and workshops focused on business development and marketing

Be recent graduates (marketing, business, communications, or similar fields preferred)
