You will oversee the buying function of the business and report to the director. A friendly and relaxed employer, who are open to offering a flexible and hybrid working pattern.

It is essential to have a proven background in the house building sector, ideally you will have experience using coins. You will be accustomed to procuring materials for site construction, sundries and hiring of plant.

For individuals wanting the freedom to contact suppliers and set up new agreements forging long term relationships and negotiating the best prices, with no red tape or group deal agreements, this role will suit you well

Competitive salary on offer DOE and will range from £55k - £60k basic plus car or allowance and benefits.
