Organization: Mercor Position: Financial Analyst Referral Partner: Crossing Hurdles Type: Hourly contract Compensation: $90–$100/hr Location: Remote Commitment: 10–40 hours/week Role Responsibilities (Training support will be provided) Craft high-quality, real-world financial analysis tasks to evaluate advanced AI systems. Design challenges involving SEC filings, economic data analysis, and regulatory database navigation. Create structured evaluation rubrics to assess AI agent performance and reasoning accuracy. Collaborate asynchronously with a team of domain experts and AI researchers. Requirements Strong professional background in financial analysis, investment banking, trading, or equity research. Advanced academic credentials such as an MBA, CFA, or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field. Hands-on experience with financial databases (e.g., SEC EDGAR, Bloomberg, FactSet).
