Woolton is an affluent suburb of Liverpool. It’s to the south of the city, bordering the suburbs of Allerton, Gateacre, and Hunt’s Cross, as well as the town of Halewood. At the 2011 Census, the population was 12,921.

The Gardeners Arms is the ideal pub opportunity for a first-time operator looking to take on their first pub. You will see the importance of building local relationships and maintaining an offer the pub’s regulars love, including live entertainment.
