As a Quality Inspector, you'll support the full product lifecycle - from initial build through to final assembly - ensuring that every component meets the highest standards of safety, precision and performance. What You'll Do - Quality Inspector - Aerospace & Defence Deliver Final Assembly Inspection Reports (FAIRs) and ensure full conformity to quality standards. Work closely with Quality Engineering, Production, and Design teams to improve processes and resolve quality risks. Plan and manage your own inspection workload in partnership with Cell Leaders. Build, update and manage CMM programs, probes and software, including troubleshooting errors and collisions. Carry out manual inspections using micrometers, height gauges, shadowgraph and other precision tools. Develop inspection methods for non-standard or complex components. Support wider quality projects and business improvement initiatives. What You'll Bring - Quality Inspector - Aerospace & Defence Proven experience in Quality Inspection within manufacturing or engineering. Hands-on CMM experience, including programming. HNC (or equivalent) or significant aerospace quality experience. Experience working within an AS/EN9100 aerospace quality system.
