Zest Education is seeking a qualified class teacher with a strong work ethic to join a primary school based in Northfield. This role will begin in May 2024 and run until the end of the academic year on a full-time basis. You will be teaching within KS1 in a Year 2 class, and you should possess a Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).

Therefore, it would be required of the perfect candidate to deliver high-quality, captivating, and innovative classes, and think outside the box.
Planning and presenting high-quality and appropriate lessons that meet the national curriculum guidelines.

assessments, assigning homework, and performing other administrative tasks like reporting, marking, and record-keeping.

Establishing standards for behaviour and discipline, including how to handle misbehaviour in accordance with school policy.

Creating engaging lessons and motivating the children to collaborate and communicate together.

Liaising with parents, senior leadership and external bodies about students progress and conduct.

A Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with in-school teaching experience.

Zest Education are an REC audited agency and are dedicated to safeguarding children. Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and recent school-based experience (teaching within a school teaching the British Curriculum).
