Registered Children's Home Manager - Bolton
Job Title: Registered Children's Home Manager
Contract Type: Permanent
SEND Inclusion Support works in partnership with leading providers of Education and Care to children and young people across the UK. As a Registered Children's Home Manager, your role will be to ensure that the home environment provides the necessary support, fostering a sense of security, protection, and motivation for both staff and young individuals. This 2 bedded home in Bolton caters specifically to young individuals with moderate to severe learning disability, and/or autistic spectrum conditions, significant physical impairment and/or complex health needs. Our shared goal is to achieve the best possible outcomes for those in care. This success is made possible through comprehensive approaches, addressing every facet of young people's developmental requirements. Overseeing day-to-day operations within the home and ensuring compliance with Ofsted standards empowers young people to reclaim their childhoods and pave the way toward becoming well-rounded adults. Actively participating in new referrals, you'll know that you are contributing to a home within the UK's leading provider of specialised education and care.

At least two years experience in a children’s home within the last five years.
* Worked for at least one year in a supervisory or management role in a children’s home
* Experience of direct work with people who have moderate to severe learning disability, and/or autistic spectrum conditions, significant physical impairment and/or complex health needs.
* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare or equivalent or willingness to commence within three months of appointment.
