Reporting to D365 CE Services Director Key Responsibilities: Work closely with Technical Architect to deliver the technical solution that fits with overall technical design Define project Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) strategy Manage DevOps: repositories, branching, solutions, build and release pipelines. Ownership of complex development items: C# plugins, JavaScript, PCF controls, and custom pages. Perform Tech design and customisation/code review/QA ensuring best practice coding standards are met. Identification and resolution of performance bottlenecks For large projects, allocate development work to developers, manage development team on daily basis Manage application issues both related to standard and bespoke code Making sure that development satisfies the customer's functional, technical and business requirements (FDDs & IDDs) Production of Technical Design Documents Management and definition of environment landscape to fit project needs. To attend weekly project update call and give development update to wider project team To be an active member of the HSO CE Services Team focussed on implementing D365 solutions at our customers. This includes engaging with external customers to understand and shape requirements to achieve desired business outcomes. To support sales and the pre-sales team to ensure workable solutions for prospects are being promoted. Owns technical delivery on projects, with the ability to deep dive into the technical inquiries on proposed solution. To produce architecture and design documentation to agreed HSO standards To understand the HSO project delivery methodology and apply this implementation approach to all HSO Projects. To work closely with project teams and act as a point of reference/escalation during the implementation, particularly through go-live advising/improving on scalability and performance of the solution. Act as a Technical lead and mentor colleagues to share knowledge. Plan and execute wave release updates. Requirements Essential Solid experience on Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Apps and Power Platform. Acted as a Technical Lead in at least 3 successful Dynamics CRM projects. Adept at Business Requirement Analysis Adept at working with functional consultants to translate business needs into viable technical solutions. Effectively communicating complex technical concepts, constraints, and solutions to both technical team members and non-technical stakeholders Solid understanding and design of Environment Architecture Good understanding of implementation methodologies Exam passes for relevant Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement technical certifications Practical knowledge of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement tables, workflows, Power Automate, customisation and configuration. Desirable Experience of data and application integration to and from Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Knowledge of data migration options and processes Knowledge of other technologies which are complementary to the core Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solution. Knowledge of ‘Dual Write' integration framework for integrating Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Key Competencies Excellent communication skills including written, verbal (online meetings), and face-to-face Critical thinking and problem solving skills Planning and organising Decision-making Team player Flexible Ambitious for personal development, to take personal ownership and to contribute to the continued success of HSO Benefits Salary: We offer a competitive, market-aligned salary, that reflects the skills and experience of each candidate.
