I am seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Salesforce Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, extensive experience in implementing Salesforce solutions, and a passion for delivering exceptional results.

As a Senior Consultant, you will work closely with clients to understand their business needs, design customised solutions, and lead implementation projects from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead discovery sessions with non-profit clients to assess business requirements and objectives.
  • Design and implement customised Salesforce solutions to meet client needs, including configuration, customisation, and integration with third-party applications.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive implementation plans, ensuring successful project delivery on time and within budget.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to clients throughout the implementation process, including user training, change management, and ongoing technical support.
  • Conduct regular assessments and audits of existing Salesforce implementations to identify areas for optimization and improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, administrators, and project managers, to deliver high-quality solutions that exceed client expectations.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in Salesforce and non-profit technology to continuously enhance service offerings and deliver maximum value to clients.

Qualifications:

  • Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, and Salesforce Certified Nonprofit Cloud Consultant are highly preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience working with Salesforce, with a focus on non-profit organizations.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading Salesforce implementations from discovery through deployment, including customization and integration with third-party applications.
  • Strong understanding of non-profit business processes and requirements, with the ability to translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Passion for making a positive impact and driving change within the non-profit sector.
