As part of our European Shared Services Customer Function, you’ll play a key role in connecting with major global accounts and ensuring smooth, efficient order management for our valued business customers. What You’ll Do Own and manage relationships with key global accounts – you’ll be the trusted point of contact for our customers. Handle order management from start to finish, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. Collaborate with sales, logistics, and supply chain teams to resolve challenges and keep customers informed. Drive continuous improvement projects and support our digitalisation goals. Experience And Skills What We’re Looking For Fluent English (additional European languages highly desirable – German preferred) Experience in B2B customer service or order management (chemicals or manufacturing industry is a plus) Strong communication and interpersonal skills – you’ll work in a multicultural environment Ability to prioritise, work independently, and stay proactive under pressure A positive, enthusiastic attitude and a love for learning Nice-to-Haves SAP or similar ERP experience Knowledge of supply chain, logistics, or international trade Advanced Microsoft Office skills What To Expect If your application is successful, you’ll first have a conversation with a member of our Talent team.
