What You'll Be Doing:

  • Troubleshooting
  • Collaborating with external partners for technical enhancements and new product launches.
  • High-level design solutions
  • Drive continuous improvement.
  • Manage technical documentation

Requirements:

  • Supporting Microsoft Server, Office365, Azure Active Directory, Intune, SCCM, Teams
  • Cyber security awareness
  • ITIL
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Azure
