Job Overview:

As the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and brand awareness. Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a robust marketing strategy focused on lead generation and customer acquisition.
  • Campaign Management: Oversee the creation and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, content marketing, email marketing, social media, and events.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing marketing team. Foster a collaborative and results-oriented team culture.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Use insights to inform marketing strategies.
  • Brand Management: Enhance brand awareness and positioning within the IaaS market. Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.
  • Content Development: Create compelling and targeted content, including white papers, case studies, blog posts, and webinars, to attract and engage potential customers.
  • SEO/SEM: Optimize the company's website and online presence for search engines. Manage pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns. Use data to refine strategies and improve ROI.
  • Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve marketing goals.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and customer success teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives and ensure seamless lead handoff and follow-up.
