Part of the Carbery group, Synergy Flavours has manufacturing and technical support facilities in the UK, Ireland, the US, Brazil, Italy, Thailand and Singapore. Consequently, Synergy has the market insight to work collaboratively with customers worldwide to develop flavour solutions which meet and anticipate the expectations of local consumers. The Carbery Group currently employs over 900 people across eight global locations and, as we continue to grow, is always looking for talented individuals who share our ambition and vision to join the team.
Key Objectives of the Role:
To provide support to the whole marketing team across Europe in the implementation of the marketing plan and category initiatives. Ideally design expertise.
Duties and Key Responsibilities:
- To assist in the implementation of the marketing plan including but not limited to content creation, communications and customer roll out of key campaigns
- Website content management and analytics
- To manage and assign customer enquiries and contacts coming via the website or Get in Touch email
- Data analysis & insight research and development (Mintel, Food People, Vypr etc. databases and platforms)
- CRM support – campaign/initiative leads management, e-shots
- Social media marketing – content planning & implementation (in coordination with global team)
- Support the development and implementation of portfolio campaignsDesign projects (Canva design tool and Adobe)
- Trade shows organisation and participation
- Internal communications support – new wins reporting, charity support, staff events etc.
Special Relationships and Contacts ( Internal and External )
Travel in the UK, Europe and to our global locations will be required.

Essential
1-2 years’ experience in a marketing department
Food industry interest
Design software usage (Canva, Adobe)
Demonstration of fit with Synergy Purpose and Mission
Highly desirable
Graduate – Ideally in food science, business or marketing discipline
Canva design tool and Adobe ideally
Customer facing experience
Some B2B/B2C marketing experience
Data and trends analysis, usage of Innova/Mintel platforms and reports
Agency interaction experience
Exhibitions and CRM
Full UK / EU Driving Licence
The role can be based in High Wycombe, UK or Trieste Italy
Hybrid working arrangements can be evaluated.
