Part of the HR Path group, Three Plus Consulting is an official Workday Post-Deployment partner, and the foremost consultancy practice in the UK dedicated to the delivery of Workday Optimisation services across the full product platform – HCM, Financials, Advanced Analytics, Integration, Payroll etc.

We support our customers in the transformation of their HR function, through a redefinition of their HR organization and their HRIS digitalization
As a partner of the main editors of the market, we carry out technical and functional implementation projects of all HRIS solutions (SaaS or On-Premise)
RUN: Thanks to our global payroll expertise, we offer our clients several levels of payroll outsourcing

We have an ever-expanding business pipeline in the UKI region and are seeking suitably skilled and interested candidates to help us build our practice in line with the growth of the Workday ecosystem across the region.

Provide service leadership to a portfolio of Workday clients (typically, 4-5 strategic or high-potential clients).
Maintain client optimisation and product roadmaps in partnership with clients and internal 3Plus service line owners.
adhere to 3Plus best practices & policies; perform monthly variance analysis in terms of service usage and forecasts.
Coordinate and lead internal and client facing meetings needed to prioritise work, deliver tasks, track / report status, address project risks and other actions as needed.
Manage and foster strong relationships with our aligned clients, and their associated Workday partner execs.

3+ years of account management / service delivery experience in technical solutions delivery (SaaS) (i.e. – service delivery of technology solutions to internal or external clients preferably on Workday).
~ 5+ years of experience working in Human Resources Information System (HRIS) or Financial Applications consulting or similar project delivery experience.
~ Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in technical, business, or financial discipline.
~ Workday application certification as required or preferred according to the platform being supported; adept at managing multiple clients and multiple projects simultaneously.
