Excellent temporary course booking role to end of July. £21k Basic - £28k OTE. Tempus Training is a leading Independent Training Provider, delivering programmes of learning across the UK through a range of Government funded contracts. Currently delivering over 1000 courses per month, we support thousands of learners to gain the skills and qualifications to develop their careers and improve their lives. Due to our ambitious growth plan, we are seeking experienced Telesales Agents

to handle booking requests for our popular courses. You will have a positive attitude, confident phone manner and experience in a telesales environment with a proven track record of delivering excellent customer service and meeting call rate and performance targets. About the Role: Calling prospective candidates following online enquiries Managing inbound phone & email enquiries Promoting & explaining the companys services Checking eligibility for public funding Emailing potential candidates Recording data onto CRM system What were looking for: Confident, energetic, enthusiastic & target driven individual Clear-thinker with excellent telephone manner Experience working towards telesales KPIs Competitive and motivated by financial reward Good levels of English and Maths.
